There are over two hundred and fifty model-released images in the background mosaic...which took two days to compile and another entire day to collect, sort through and upload the model releases. That doesn''t even include photographing the hands and experimenting with different degrees of transparency and positioning. The individual portraits represent about five years of photography for me. Can you imagine how expensive it would be to create this image on assignment? Yikes!
