Freedom, adventure, risk, individuality and standing out from the crowd are some of the themes illustrated by this concept stock photo of a hang glider soaring at high altitude. While this is a wonderful photo for illustrating concepts such as adventure, freedom and risk, I doubt that you would ever find a hang glider actually flying at this altitude. I photograph the background image from the window of a commercial airline enroute to Bonaire off the coast of Venezuela. It must have been over 30,000 feet of altitude. I photographed the glider on the ground in Berkeley, California. Then I used Photoshop to composite the final stock photo together.
