Slow motion video reel for John Lund, Stephanie Roeser and Daid Fischer

This slow motion video reel only covers a small portion of the 100+ clips we captured using the Phantom HD (high speed) camera shooting at 1000 frames per second. We shot models with their hair blowing and billowing, models splashing water on their faces,Dice rolling, coins spinning, explosions, flying fruit, and a dove being relased into flight. The video clips were created for stock motion and are available through Getty Images and Blend Images. Our experienced crew is available for assigments requiring slow motion video.

Slow motion video requries ample light for high frame rates

To provide light with both the quality and quantity that we needed we used a custom built softbox with 5,000 watts of tungsten light. In addition we used smaller 750 watt lights to add highlights, rim lighting and accents.

The GVS Solution

To provide efficient use of our time, immediate feedback and editing, and vast storage capapcity, we relied on GVS systems for both software and hardware.
