Galloping Equestrian And The Way Forward

The rider on the running horse represents skill, courage and determination as he leans forward urging on his gallant steed. The horse represents the power and infrastructure of a company. The clouds are indicative of a turbulent market and the obstacles that face every business. Not only does this image have the power to captivate a viewer's imagination, but can also be easily cropped to square, vertical or horizontal with no loss of drama and while maintaining copy space giving photo editors, designers and art directors flexibility in the production of advertisements, promotional and collateral materials, and editorial uses.

Creating Stock Images Demonstrating Speed And The Future

To create this stock image that demonstrates concepts such as speed and the future, I turned to the power of Photoshop. Starting with an image of a galloping horse, I next photographed both a saddle, and myself as a model, then composited the imagery to achieve the man riding the horse western style. In the original horse image a woman was riding the animal using an English saddle. With the horse and rider image created, I stripped it into a scene consisting of a rocky foreground I photographed in India, with a background sky shot in Colorado. So lets see, a horse photographed in Petaluma, California, the model photographed in Sausalito, California, a sky shot in Colorado and a foreground captured in India all combined in an image demonstrating a speeding move into the future.
