Part of the Animal Antics series of funny animal pictures, these two Jack Russell Terriers wear robes and have facials. We actually put the dogs into the robes...not easy! We put the facials onto teddy bears and then used Photoshop to composite the image together. I love Jack Russells, but they aren't always easy to work with. As with any pet, photographing requires thorough planning and lots of patience. In my work it really is wonderful to have the advantages of digital capture. In the days of film I never knew if I had the shot I needed until I got the film back from the lab. In order to make sure I would shoot and shoot and shoot. Now, I just check the back of the camera and know right away if i have the photograph I need for my Photoshop composites.
